I have been trying now for more than two weeks to change my email address in my Banggood settings. They have a page specifically for this. The instructions are as follows:.Email verification is required to make this change, please enter your current email address and check your inbox for further instructions.Please enter your new email address and check your inbox for the confirmation link.Please contact us if you have any questions.The system fails in step 1. I have tried entering my email address 12 times now, but I never receive the confirmation email with further instructions. I've checked the spam folder, and the email just isn't being sent from them.I've tried the Live Chat, no help at all.
I've tried emails, no help at all. Their website simply does NOT do what it's supposed to do, and they DO NOT understand this. They keep sending me the same response, which is go to the page in question and follow the instructions.Why is this so hard for them to understand?.

I've ordered my Doogee F5 phone in October 2015, it worked till about June at which point I sent it back, after loads of chasing the company eventually said they fixed it, but had a problem sending it. 6 months later and I still have no working phone, I was given a 'signed for' number for a package coming from Seychelles (?!) but it's never arrived.The price of the products is very tempting but beware, if it breaks, you essentially get no warranty.
